She prepares and implements national and international scientific and implementation projects. She cooperates with the Centre of Diagnosis and Therapy. She is the author of publications on personal and professional functioning of teachers, non-routine professional activity, highly sensitive children, quality of relationships (marriage and cohabitants), positive psychology, psychological support.

He has published articles in different JCR impact factor journals, written book chapters and participate in numerous scientific events. He has a positive active research evaluation by the national agency for the research activity (CNEA).

He has been part of the research team in national competitive project, European project. Actually he is involved as part of the research team in two national competitive project and Multidimensional Analytical Training in Education (MATE Project).

He co-directed five doctoral theses, currently co-ordinating two doctoral theses, I have participated in different doctoral theses commission at the University of La Laguna. Director of the Department of Health Psychology and of the Research Group Psychology Applied to Health and Human Behavior of the University of Alicante. Coordinator of the Educative Technology Innovation Group “Portal of Basic Psychology”. 

Her main lines of research are: the validation and development of assessment instruments; assessment of quality of life, psychological well-being and health; mental health and educative innovation. She has published a wide range of articles in relevant journals of the area and has participated as Principal Investigator in different research projects. 

She has participated as researcher in the following European Projects: Improvement Science Training for European Healthcare Workers (ISTEW); Interprofessional experiential learning (IPE) solutions: equipping the qualified dementia workforce to champion evidence informed improvement to advanced dementia care and family caring (Palliare), and Daphne Project: Light Camera and Action against gender violence. 

She has published courses in the Open Course Ware of the University of Alicante. She is a reviewer in international and high-impact journals. She has previous experience in the organization of activities related to research and innovation and has participated in various international and national research congress.

Dr. Lillo-Crespo is a Ph.D. in Health and Medical Anthropology and Nursing (specialization in: Health care analysis from an anthropological perspective), Master Degree in Science of Nursing & Research, Master Degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology (specialization in Health and Medical Anthropology), Master Degree in Business Administration (Executive Level) as well as Bachelor in Science of Nursing and Registered Nurse.

He is a member of the Nursing Department at University of Alicante and considered as the Team Lead and Manager for International Research Projects.

 His areas of expertise are: Clinical and Healthcare Management and Administration, Nursing and Medical Development (including Project Management), Healthcare/clinical Anthropology (based mostly on Qualitative Research Methodology), and Educational Research.

She has developed curriculum and in-service training in EU and international project design & management, participatory and community planning, evaluation of public services, intercultural communication and emotional literacy, facilitation techniques and tools, media literacy, no hate speech, enterpreneurship education, heutagogy and other learner-centered approaches, evidence based policy and practice. She has drafted and edited curriculum guidelines for trainers and Train of Trainers programmes and trained trainers, educators, teachers, health and social workers, civil servants and consultants in Italy, Spain, Malta, France and The Netherlands

Psycologist and psychotherapist, co-founder of the national coordination for clown therapy.

The national coordination for clown therapy was founded to protect and support professional clown work in a healthcare environment on national level; in particular caring for hospitalized children, their families and other vulnerable and sick people. He has developed the working model, the training program and the supervsion model; trained and supervised healthcare practitioners, social workers educators and volunteers.

At the metropolitan City of Rome Capital he has been director of the vocational training centre in Civitavecchia and he is currently project officer at the Training Services Unit.

He has a PhD in psychology and he is a supervisor and trainer in clinical psychology, psychological counseling, and a trained psychotherapist, also having a degree in juridic sciences.

He has been concerned about child abuse and neglect even before getting his degree in psychology and since 2006 he has been working in the system of child protection, at the moment being a coordinator of a Counseling Center of the General Direction of Social Assistance and Child Protection in Bucharest, besides his private practice.

During his professional activity, he has dealt with hundreds of cases of abused or neglected children and parents, where he had to make assessments, judicial expertise or psychotherapy/ psychological counseling, as requested by court, police or the beneficiaries themselves. The subject of the study for his PhD was represented by emotional disorders of abused or neglected children. 

He published a monography, two handbook chapters and over 20 articles regarding the child abuse and neglect. He holds trainings on subjects as assessment, expertise, counseling and psychotherapy for children, adults and families.

There she was making psychological assessments, expertise and interventions for cases of abuse, divorce, foster homes, adoptions. She took part in projects designed to inform the public about child development, parenting, prevention regarding the disfunctions of caring and supporting between family members and diminishing the risk of abuse and neglect. 

She has programs of parental education for parents and parents-to-be, workshops for emotional support and personal development for children, counseling programs for families that adopt children. As a clinical psychologist, she makes assessments and interventions for families in divorce. 

At Expert Psy Association she organizes trainings about psychological assessment, expertise and intervention in different dimensions for children and families.
